Parallel societies and legal systems. The problems have reached down to the lowest of levels.

Through threats, violence and parallel legal systems, the gangs and the criminal networks have begun their attacks on the so-called particularly vulnerable areas in Gothenburg and its schools.
“There are children in the middle. They know that they have a special position in the area and they have the opportunity to mobilize a raid capital.
People call others if there is a situation and they know all the other students too,” says Håkan Franck, who works with unauthorized influence on the police’s national development center to Sweden’s radio.
As Sweden’s second-large city, Gothenburg is one of the most no go zone in the country and Angered, a suburb with a high Muslim immigration population and severe crime rates, just outside Gothenburg, is pointed out as extra problematic.
Angered’s gymnasium has been affected by several violent incidents.
Cellular phones are used to call for reinforcement, such as older siblings or relatives who come to school and talk about how things are going to be done.
